2006 Painting Competition

Children’s creativity knows no bounds: This is demonstrated by the pictures from the 2006 children’s painting competition on the subject of “Deserts and Desertification”. The global winners were announced on 5th June 2006 in Algiers, Algeria where the international World Environment Day celebrations took place.
